Booking a court
- Book through the Tennis Desk up to 7 days ahead, in 1½-hour slots, first come, first served
- Call (760) 318-1716 or walk in from 7:00am; texts to (760) 902-0716 are handled after the 7:00am calls and walk-ins
- At least two players are needed to reserve; doubles take priority over singles and ball machines
- The desk may adjust court assignments to fit as many players as possible during peak hours
Memberships (Oct 1 – Sep 30)

Returning members who rejoin within two years skip the initiation fee. Renew before November 1 to keep your spot. Memberships aren't transferable.
Guests
- Each guest may play up to 5 times per season at $20 per day, on court with their host
- One guest per member in any 24 hours; guests register at the Tennis Desk and pay before play
- Players called in by the desk to fill a match may be charged $10 per day
Dress code & etiquette
- Tennis shoes only — no running shoes on court
- Tennis apparel required; no gym, swim or jogging wear. Shirts at all times.
- Be on time, keep language courteous, and treat courts and equipment with care
- The tennis area and Spencer's patio are smoke-free
Pickleball & ball machines
- Two pickleball courts on Court 11, available from 10:30am by reservation
- Paddles and balls can be borrowed from the resort desk
- Ball machines can be booked in 30- or 60-minute slots when courts are free, usually outside prime match times

Kids & pets
Children on court must be supervised by an adult. No pets on the courts; leashed dogs are welcome on the patio walkway along Courts 1, 4, 7, 10 and 11. Please never leave a pet in a parked car — it's against Palm Springs law.
